1. Who We Are
ScrollShow is a TikTok content strategy and production platform operated by the ScrollShow team. We help app founders research their niche, develop AI influencer concepts, create TikTok slideshow content, and track performance where authorized.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide directly:
- Your name and email address (at purchase or signup)
- Product, app, audience, positioning, brand, and niche information you share with us for research and content creation
- Creative preferences, AI influencer directions, references, and feedback you provide
- Messages and communications sent through Discord or email
Public research information:
- Public TikTok usernames, bios, captions, hashtags, profile metrics, and video performance signals from accounts relevant to your niche
- Public content patterns, hooks, slideshow structures, and examples used to inform strategy
Information from TikTok (when you connect your account):
- TikTok username and display name
- Profile picture and follower/following count
- List of your TikTok videos and their metadata (title, description, duration)
- Video performance metrics: views, likes, comments, shares, and reach
- TikTok account ID (open_id) and OAuth access token
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Research public TikTok content and accounts in your niche
- Develop AI influencer concepts, positioning, content angles, and creative strategy
- Create TikTok slideshow content tailored to your product
- Publish content to your TikTok account on your behalf (when authorized)
- Track the performance of published content and provide you with analytics
- Optimize future content based on what performs well
- Communicate with you about your order and deliverables
- Process your payment through Stripe
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private TikTok data for advertising or share it with third parties other than those necessary to operate the service.
4. TikTok OAuth and Permissions
When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize ScrollShow to access your account through TikTok's official OAuth system. Depending on the service you use, we may request the following permissions:
- user.info.basic — your username and profile picture
- user.info.profile — follower and following count
- user.info.stats — total video and like counts
- video.list — your video list and performance metrics
- video.publish — to publish slideshow content on your behalf
You can revoke this access at any time by going to TikTok Settings → Privacy → Apps and websites and removing ScrollShow.
Separately, we may review public TikTok accounts and content for niche research without accessing private account data.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with industry-standard encryption. TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to access your account when performing authorized actions.
We retain your TikTok access tokens for as long as you are an active client. If you request deletion or revoke TikTok access, your tokens are deleted from our systems within 7 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ScrollShow:
- TikTok — for OAuth authentication and content publishing
- Stripe — for payment processing (we never store card details)
- Supabase — for database and file storage
- Vercel — for website hosting
- AI and automation providers — to help generate, analyze, or organize content and strategy when needed
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Revoke TikTok access at any time through TikTok's own settings
- Opt out of any future communications
To exercise any of these rights, email yassr@scroll.show and we will respond within 7 business days.
8. Children's Privacy
ScrollShow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as our service evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify active clients by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
