1. The Service
ScrollShow is a TikTok content strategy and production service operated by the ScrollShow team. We help app founders research their niche, develop AI influencer concepts, and create ready-to-post TikTok slideshow content tailored to their product and audience.
By purchasing a spot and using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The current batch price is displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may increase with future batches — once you pay, your price is locked in.
All sales are final. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
3. Delivery
Deliverables may include niche research, AI influencer positioning, content strategy, hooks, copy, slideshow concepts, visual directions, and ready-to-post TikTok slideshow content. The exact scope, quantity, and timeline are the deliverables described at checkout or agreed with you directly.
If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to our fault, we will communicate proactively and make it right.
4. TikTok Account Connection
As part of using ScrollShow, you may be asked to connect your TikTok account via TikTok's official OAuth system, or to share public TikTok account examples for research. OAuth access, when used, allows us to:
- View your TikTok profile and video analytics
- Publish slideshow content to your account on your behalf
- Track the performance of published content
You can revoke OAuth access at any time through your TikTok account settings. Revoking access does not affect deliverables already provided.
5. Intellectual Property
Final content created specifically for you is yours once delivered and paid for. You can use it on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or any other platform.
Research, strategy, prompts, workflow methods, internal tooling, templates, and general creative systems used by ScrollShow remain the property of ScrollShow. We may reuse general methods and non-confidential learnings across clients.
ScrollShow retains the right to reference the existence of the engagement (e.g., "we've worked with X clients") without disclosing your content or account details.
6. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific view counts, follower growth, revenue, downloads, or account performance. TikTok's algorithm and audience behavior are outside our control. We guarantee the agreed deliverables, not organic performance.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we have not started work on your account yet, a full refund may be issued upon request. Once research, strategy, or production has begun, refunds are not available. Contact us at yassr@scroll.show to discuss your situation.
8. Limitation of Liability
ScrollShow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
